Chris Martin made a come back to Test cricket after almost two years out of the side with 11 wickets and the Man of the Match award against South Africa at Auckland in 2003-04. after that he proved his mettle in Bangladesh in 2004-05. He was originally called-up during New Zealand's injury hiatus in South Africa in 2000-01. He also played a key role in New Zealand's record victory over Pakistan at Hamilton in 2000-01. |
